Her primary focus is to provide top-notch services that cater to each client’s individual needs while prioritizing their nail health and safety. A proud two-time graduate of Winonah School of Cosmetology, Lorena began doing nails in 2022. Lorena is certified by Valentino Beauty Pure and holds three certifications: Beginner Builder Gel, Intermediate Builder Gel, and Beginner Hard Gel.
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness, she is Barbicide certified, ensuring that all tools used during each session are thoroughly sterilized and disinfected. wHAT DOES nAIL AFTERCARE lOOK lIKE?
Rescheduling: You must reschedule at least 48 hours in advance in order to reuse your deposit. (You can reschedule with the same deposit once.)
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.
1. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or are a no-call/no-show, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
2. If I cancel your appointment for any reason, I will either refund your deposit or allow it to be applied toward rescheduling your appointment.
Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. You will have a 10-minute grace period. After that, you will be charged a late fee of $25 in addition to the service total (IF I CAN STILL ACCOMMODATE YOU). Otherwise, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged the full service fee.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued after you leave your appointment. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let me know before leaving.

All appointments require a $25 non-refundable deposit in order to book. This will go towards your service. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No, I only offer soak offs of my work. You must come with bare nails!

Gel overlay is ideal for those who want to grow their natural nails long . Though the product does not add immediate length, it allows your nails to grow as long as you would like naturally.
